

This Refund Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms and procedures under which HOMELAND CREATION ("we," "our," or "us") processes refund requests for bookings or transactions made through the Mobile Application ["HOMELAND CREATION"] and/or Website [https://homelandcreation.com/] (collectively referred to as the "Platforms").
1. You may initiate a refund request for cancelled bookings or uncompleted transactions by emailing us at homelandcreationsb@gmail.com

We will process your refund request within forty-five (45) to sixty (60) working days from the date of your request, subject to receipt of all required information and supporting documents from your end, as stipulated in Clause 3 below, and subject to any applicable terms and conditions of developers, property owners, or third-party service providers to whom payment may have been remitted to secure a booking.
3. If the required information or documents for the refund request are not provided within fourteen (14) days from the date of our request, the refund request shall be deemed cancelled without further notice.
4. Refund amounts are limited to the amount actually received by us and do not include any transaction or service charges imposed by the payment gateway, financial institution, or third-party terms.
5. Upon successful verification and approval, the approved refund amount will be credited via the original payment method used for the transaction, as specified during the refund process, subject to any deductions or adjustments required by third-party terms.

7. Failure to provide the information and documents listed above within the stipulated timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the refund request, as stated in Clause 2.3.
8. This Policy applies exclusively to payments made through the Platforms using our integrated payment system (currently via eGHL).
9. Refunds under this Policy apply solely to transactions processed through the Platform's payment system and may be subject to the terms and conditions of developers, property owners, or other third parties to whom payment has been remitted to secure a booking.

Any differences arising from currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations between the date of payment and the date of refund shall not be the responsibility of HOMELAND CREATION.
